The Sign Forms App is designed to facilitate the electronic filling and signing of documents, including but not limited to liability releases and medical forms, for adventure sport operators and medical facilities (referred to as “Users”). Users may send a link to their customers, who can fill, sign, and submit the documents digitally. The App may use OTP (One-Time Password) as a verification method.
4. Data Storage and Usage
The data collected by Users from their customers will be stored securely on Amazon servers. This data will not be shared with anyone, and only Users will have access to their customers’ data. Sign Forms will only use this data for analytical purposes and will comply with all Indian governing laws regarding data protection and privacy.
5. Compliance with Indian Laws
Users of the Website and the App are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection and electronic signature laws.
6. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, their customer information including passwords and personal information collected. You agree to notify Scildan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
